Actually, Mitsubishi Group is a Japanese conglomerate of businesses that share the Mitsubishi trademark of three triangles touching tips in the middle. The group includes a bank, general trading company, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI).

MHI merged with Caterpillar Industries Inc. to form Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklifts America Inc. Together, the two companies made a big dent in the world market. MHI brought the manufacturing and engineering expertise, and CII brought the marketing network and brand identification.
